	History Bay Bank is a de novo bank, which opened September 22, 1999. Bay Bank’s main office is in Mobile, and it operates full service branches at Airport Blvd, Daphne, Theodore, Bayley’s Corner and on Dauphin Island. The Bank is a full-service community bank, which prides itself on high touch and high tech customer service supported by state-of-the-art technology. The Bank’s centralized Deposit and Loan Operations Center opened in November, 2002 at 5808 Hwy. 90 W. in Theodore, AL.

Bay Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through June 30, 2010, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
