During any calendar month or statement cycle of at least four weeks, you may not make more than six withdrawals or transfers to another account of yours or to a third party by means of a pre-authorized or automatic transfer or telephone order or instruction. No more than six transfers may be made by check, draft, debit card(if applicable) or similar order to a third party.  If you exceed the transfer limitations set forth above in any statement period, your account will be subject to closure by the financial institution.

Compounding and Crediting Frequency: Interest will be compounded and credited monthly.

Minimum Balance to Avoid the Imposition of Fee –

If your balance falls below $1,500.00 on any day in the month, your account will be subject to a $10.00 Maintenance Fee for that month.  An excess withdrawal fee of $15.00 per withdrawal will be imposed on all withdrawals over the stated transaction limitations.

Daily Balance less than $2499 - Savings Rate
Daily Balance $2500 to $14,999 - MMA Rate
Daily Balance $15,000 to $49,999 - Bonus MMA Rate
Daily Balance $50,000 to $99,999 - Prime MMA Rate
Daily Balance $100,000 to $199,999 - Premium MMA Rate
Daily Balance $200,000 or greater – Platinum Plus MMA Rate
 
Interest is calculated by the daily balance method which applies a daily periodic rate to the balance in the account each day.   The interest rate and annual percentage yield may change at our discretion. Interest will begin to accrue no later than the business day we receive credit for the deposit of non-cash items (for example checks) into your account.
